R value of water

i am currently working on a project in an arid climate where i am attempting to run gray water through the floor/ceilings to assist mechanical systems in cooling... i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what the r-value of water per inch would be? also, if the speed of the waters cycle would have an impact?
