R18 2D Overlay

Hello,
Installed R18, and the 2D Overlay (used with V4 models) is not working correctly. The Space model does come into the draw space, but it is not interacting with the draw views. I do the same activity with R17 and it works fine. Has anybody else had this problem, or do I have some setting wrong?
