Greetings for everybody.
I can't find in NFPA13 what is the maximum storage height for racks without intermediate sprinklers. I work with HHS.

NFPA 13 only covers storage configurations up to and including 40', depending on your code year.
For storage configurations above 40' you must follow the listing for the specific sprinkler heads.

What is commodity, storage configuration, sprinkler type used, aisle width, solid shelves present or not, etc...

As you can tell, the answer is "it depends."
