Radial Cold Forming Machine - what&where to get?

Hello,

I run into problem finding a machine for making KNUCKLES on cones, flat heads, simple dished ends, etc.
I actually can't find a proper name for such machine and their supplier(s).

Could anybody point me towards right direction?
