Radiated emissions standard for cordless power tools

What is the correct harmonized (European) standard for limits for radiated emissions from cordless power tools that have circuitry above 9 KHz, are not toys, have no processing devices, and cannot be connected to the mains (the A.C.)? I have tried EN 55014 and EN 61000 but neither had a radiated emissions limit applicable to things that are not toys and do not have processing devices.
