Radio controlled H bridge

How can I use the PWM signal that comes out of the radio controller receiver to control an H bridge circuit. Are there any chips that convert the PWM signal into two digital signals or is there some other way? How is this done on remote controlled cars?

There appear to be options available. One over the computer communication that includes wireless and the second one that would include a direct communication from the remote transmitter.

an h bridge is usually controlled by its duty cycle <50% makes the motor run ccw >50% clockwise and 50% is stalled (energized but no movement) if the motor is intended to be > 12VDC and less than 52 you can use the LM18200 maximum 4Amps.
