Raft foundation in staad

I have a raft with 8 columns.

sbc is 100 kN/sq.m

raft of 10x6x 0.6


i can give nodal loads on the raft at column.

But how to assign raft?
is it plate? or surface?
how can i give support feeling it to be a raft??
