rain-flow data processing

I acquire force signal on engine mounts in car during a long durability standard-test on the road(ex.: 30000 km). Next step I have play a drive file on test rig an equivalent test (ex.:1000000 cycles on test rig like 30000 km on car).
Who daes know anything about rain-flow data processing or any other data processing tecnique for fatigue test ?
