Hello all,
I'm getting my feet wet with NX4, (been with solidworks for 2+ yrs, autocad for 8+ yrs) We used raised text on models sometimes. I found the text command and can make it follow the curve but i'm having trouble with the text height. As it stands now it is way to large. Is there an option that i'm not seeing that controls this or do i have to do it the old fashion way with a cgm file?

If you're using the 'On Curve' option, then the size of the letters can be controlled by a combination of dragging the arrowhead found at the upper left/right corners of the previewed 'text', or the round handles on the curve near the lower left/right corners. Alternatively you ccould edit the values for Length/Height in the on-screen dialog near any selected handle (setting the 'W-Scale' to 100 will give you text with a normal aspect ratio).
