RAM Usage pattern with Ansys

I was wondering if it is possible to 'get' any information out of the RAM usage pattern that shows up while running a model in Ansys (see the screenshot below)

Is the pattern of RAM usage different for different errors? Is there a pattern that is indicative of a model that is running correctly or incorrectly?
