Hi Everybody,

I was just wondering whether it's possible to use thermosetting plastic (epoxy for example) as a base material for rapid prototyping. If it's possible, then how are you going to deal with the curing process of the thermoset?

Thank you for your replies!

Hypothetically possible, or as a substitute for the material that the current generation of 3D printers are designed to use?

I understand that this is possible with a one part epoxy using a UV cure.

Why not call Quickstep with their rapid cure process.
