Raster Image Reference 1

Hi,

I have a .bmp of copper traces for a small pcb. I want to create a sketch of these traces in AutoCad Mechanical 2008 so that I can then import them into another program. is there a quicker way to do this rather than import the raster image reference and resketch the shapes on top of the reference?
