RATING CURVES INTO HEC-RAS @ JUNCTION LOCATIONS

How do you input a single rating curve into HEC-RAS for a Channel that has a junction that splits and come back together at a junction and then flows on.....Basically you have Reach 1 (R1) that splits at a junction into Reach 1split (R1-S) and Reach 2split (R2-S) and then comes back together at a junction and continues on as reach (Reach 2 (R2)).
