Rationale Design for Moderate Height Rockery Wall

I started a detailed Thread (255-155816) concerning this subject on the Geotechincal Forum. In short, I am trying to outline the design rationale for a moderate hieght rockery wall which starts/end at a maximum height of about 9-feet and tapers down to one rock course in about 45 feet.
