I need help. I can't find a table that shows the pipe wall thicknesses for different classes of pipe. In addition, I can't find the difference in pipe weight by class. Anyone out there have this information or know where I can get it?

Thanks in advance!

Hanson Pipe and Precast has technical specifications that can be downloaded as a PDF. I believe you'll have to create a login account (free) before they will let you download.

this lists the standard wall thickness.
ASTM C76, Standard Specification for Reinforced Concrete Culvert, Storm Drain, and Sewer Pipe

weight is not specified, you would need to get that from the manufacturer or estimate it yourself

Froude, I checked ou the Hanson site and I can't find anything on there that shows wall thickness per class. Have you been able to find anything like that in the past? Thanks!

CVG, I don't have that standard in house. But I did find a metric version and it looks like the wall thicknesses are the same for all classes of pipe. I would like to see how much the weight is increasing since I imagine the difference in strength must come from the reinforcement. Would you be able to point me to a place I can look at the ASTM standard online? Or send me a PDF of it? Thanks!
