Re-condition for un-balance Salt Storage STR | also Timber and Steel STR

Dears,

I'm a Civil Contractor in Thailand for Petrochem plant, our client faced for Failure of Salt Storage for Both material Timber Salt Storage and Steel Structure, as far as I know there have many kind of solutions to re-v=condition or rehabilitation for Steel STR, but for Timber I really had no idea to figure out correctly.
