Re-scaling assembly or part 1

Hi,

I'm performing some FEA (in Ansys) on an assembly which I have created in Catia v5. I would like to adjust the physical size of the model. Is it possible to easily change the over-all dimentions of an assembly? Also, can this be done to individual parts?

A scale factor will have to be applied 1 part at a time. If you this is a common occurance you could build it into your assembly.

if each part in your assembly is a solid - part design - scaling button.
if you want to build it into the assembly you will need a paramter in each part that is linked to a parameter at the assembly level. At the end of each partbody you will have to apply the scale factor. Each part will have to have scale applied from the same point in absolute space.
