Incase of reaction force calculation, there is a term called outlet static pressure.
1) what is mean by outlet static pressure?
2) The term outlet static pressure is not used for reaction force calculation in liquid relief cases, why?

Please explain

For liquid Relief
The reaction force for a liquid SRV is much less than for gas and is normally of very little concern. Liquids are not compressible and do not expand when lowered in pressure as do gases and vapours. Nevertheless, care needs to be taken when the liquid is flashing during relief.
