How do I get exact bridge backwater height from HEC-RAS? I am trying to find such an data output directly from HEC-RAS model with the bridge coded in, but I couldn't - Did I miss something here?
I am thinking to run the model twice (with and without bridge) and read W.S. Elevation from the X-S table (X-S 4, upstream of the bridge where the flow starts to be constricted).

I always run an existing condition model as a base condition in order to evaluate impact from the improvement. I typically, code the upstream and downstream XSECs in both existing and proposed models for direct comparison.
