If you are planning on buying Williams, "Structural Engineering Reference Manual" for the spring 06' exam (or later) you may want to wait. PPI (publisher) has it discounted right now but it is rumored to be a bit outdated. I spoke to PPI and they said there will be a new edition ~January.
