For CLOUD version you will be forced to upgrade in few weeks (two, if I remember correctly), on premise you can stay or upgrade if you wish...

In my company we are evaluating to move from V5 to 3d Experience premise version.

Every time that we want to change version, do we need to reinstall everything in servers from scratch, or there is something that runs to upgrade it?

My VAR to update from 2017 to 2018 takes 5 days working (on premise)...I think it is too mutch!

Does the update on premise needs to be done by the var?
I thought that on server side, should only run a few upgrade package. I thought that only the first install needed to be done by var.
