Reason for Post curing inflation of tyres 1

I need to know the reason of post curing inflation (PCI)of a tyre.
(Keeping the tire on a rim under pressure for cooling, just after removing from the mould)
How do we decide the time,temperature and pressure on PCI/
I was told that the tire needed to be kept on post curing inflator until fabric reach its glass transient temperature?
Is it correct?
Are there any other reasons?

I would think that the tyre needed to be held in the desirable shape until after the thermoplastic components dropped to below their glass transition temperature and until after the cross linking components were pretty well fully cross linked
