Rebar

I'm wondering about small sizes of rebar, how small do they manufacture, is there any information about these sizes anywhere? I can't seem to locate any info so far. I seem to remember seeing something about size 5M bars somewhere, but I can't be sure at the moment. I'm a junior engineer and I'm only used to dealing with sizes 10M and up (I'm in Canada). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
