Hi
I have a question with "sifs".
For example, when I recalculate SIFs (Nozzle with reinforced pad with FE SIF). I enter the values on the 3 branches but should i also indicate the type of the branch?

I get different results if i indicate or not "reinforced" in the box "type".

In my opinion, when we use recalculated sifs we also have to indicate the type of the intersection because of the characteristic flexibility is not the same.

Am i right?

Thanks for your reply

Yes you need to indicate the tee type - this is necessary to ensure the proper in-plane/out-of-plane directions can be determined.
