Recent Machine Tool Scorecard (formerly Blue Bulletin)?

Does anyone have access to a recent version (2006+) of this report? I am most interested in the relative rankings, but it would be nice to have the sales for say the top 15 manufacturers. If this has been reported by one of the machining trade mags (Modern Machine Shop, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) feel free to provide a link.
