Reciprocating Vacuum compressor

In my firm we are using Reciprocating Vacuum compressor by Ingersoll Rand.The problem we are facing is the continuous repair due to the failure of our brass bushing in connecting rod.From net surfing i came across some alternatives like SAE 863 bronze,C954 Aluminium Bronze and Ampco18 Bronze,in this which one will be preferable or is there any other material is there.Also in crank shaft we are using Stainless steel bushing.Is it require any change.Which oil will be preferable.
