Reclosing on BAAH/DB schemes 2

Is there any books,articles or standards I can look at with regards with reclosing schemes for Breaker and a half or dual breaker applications?
My system is 240kV (North America) with A/B line protections. A doing the reclosing on each of 3 lines on a ring bus dual bus. Each breaker is 1-pole trip/close.

Wondering what are the benefits/IEEE standards etc of reclosing 1 breaker (bus side) vs reclosing both (dual breaker).

Also, if you'd like to discuss based on your own experience, that would also be helpful.

one breaker only-Simplicity of automation. Closing the second breaker via SCADA is easy for a dispatcher.
static lead/follow-No dispatcher interaction required to restore the system
dynamic lead/follow breaker selection-Most likely to automatically close, and most complicated to automate.

What is a ring bus dual bus?
 
There is an IEEE standard that discusses Auto reclose schemes and is quite exhaustive. You may like to refer:
