Recommendation for valve material

I'm looking for a material recommendation on a ball/seat combination to use for a ball valve.

The valve cycles 1 time in 1 second, every 30 seconds. Pressure is 1500psi, temperature at 450F, medium is Nitrogen.

We tested the valve using a carbide coated ball with a nickel aluminum bronze seat and valve lasted only 2 days. The nickel aluminum bronze showed heavy wear/galling on the seat.

Look into Nitronic 60. Even if you don't use this specific alloy, the data bulletin (see link below, you want the 40-page pdf) has a wealth of data on galling between a variety of alloys.
