recommendation on software to determine heat lost

I was wondering if there is software that determines the heat lost or heat gain for a small building. I was think that if am able to input the R rating ( example R12,R14, etc) for all four wall and ceiling of a small storage building I would be able to determine the approximate heat lost or gain is there a software that could help me with this?
