Recommendations for Literature on Shear Wall Analysis and Design

Hi there,

I am interested in understanding shear wall analysis and design in detail. For design purposes, I'll prefer guidelines which address CSA A23.3 (Capacity Based Design) clauses when designing shear walls.
It'd be great if someone can recommend some good books / Handbooks / articles on this topic. Thanks
