recommended network files

We just purchased COMPRESS and Coster and I am looking for a recommendation for a network installation of common files only. We want users to run the software on their local machines but need to ensure that files such as the Coster database tables and templates that have been updated or modified are available to all users.

Does anyone have a recommendation for this?
