Recommended structural steel grades suitable for exposure to ambient temperature of -40 'C.

Dear Sirs,
It is requested to suggest structural steel grades suitable for exposure to ambient temperature of -40 'C. What should be the minimum recommended value when tested for charpy V notch impact test at this temperature ?

In Canada we have a steel spec: CSA G40.21 T which is a low temperature weldable steel. See attached:

Charpy tests are good and have low temperature notch toughness.

Normally, the minimum is 15 ft-lbs or 20 Joules unless specified by a construction code or standard.
