Is there any standards or charts that can help decide good operating temperature of a heater treater? A bit of studies I've done tells me that recommended heater T depends on the following:
1) API gravity of oil
2) viscosity of oil
3) operating pressure of heater
4) Field experience of your region
5) (any others?)
If I ask you, "What is a recommended T for heater", your answer is probably "It depends". Please give me some scenario-specific examples. It would be the best if there's any published charts or correlations that can help me decide operating T of heater, given the above dependencies. I tried to find such ones, but couldn't find any.
