I have a small power distribution system at off shore oil field. External power is supplied to the location through 6.6kV three phase power supply from a source which is 10kMS away. My load is only about 75kW.
We need to keep the entire system de-energized for an extended period of time, say about three (3) months. For the re-energisation of the system, is it required to perform the re-commissioning tests before the energisation?
Does anybody is aware of the NETA requirements or any other guideline for the equipments to be taken inot service after an extended period of outage?
The location is extremely hot and humid. Corrosive environment due to the marine environment is prevalant.
