Record Movie not working

When I click the "Record Movie" button the "Stop Movie Recording" lights up and then goes gray. I cannot select stop and if I click record again is says "Movie recording is already in progress" has anyone else seen this?

Knowing which version of NX you're using will narrow things down quite a bit.

I have seen some strange behavior when trying to record on a second monitor, not the primary display device.

I am using NX 10.0.3.5 on a Windows 10 system and I was trying to record on my second monitor.
