I have a large space that is very similar to a warehouse, but is used for file storage (i.e. insurance company records). The roof height is 22'-0" AFF, with rows of 12'-0" high storage racks. There will be a couple of people that walk up and down the aisles throughout the day to retrive and put back files. Has anyone had any experience with the ventilation of this type of space, i.e. type of system used? Would you provide cooling? Gas-fired makeup air with relief air opening and maybe some ceiling fans?
Any input is appreciated.

The importance of the documents will determine the required conditions inside the warehouse. Important paper storage like libraries go for high stability of temp and RH. The need for heating and cooling will be derived from that set of conditions, and then the equipment required.
