recycling of plastics - standards and requirements

I have just started a project for a security camera manufacturer; which involves designing several plastic components (eg. glass filled nylon, abs, acetal, acrylic etc).

the question is recycle markings - I don't know if there is any imminent legislation and at what component weight the legislation becomes effective at (this used to be 50 grammes - as I remember).

any help would be very much appreciated.

I've the same problem.
My company is manufacturing poultry pan feeders in PP and nylon.
So far as I known the recycling of plastics its only under an obligation for packing plastics and not for engineering plastics.
Mayby PP can be under this legislation but I think Nylon not.
I'm also searching for a good decription of this legistation.

Can anybody help me?
