Red Timeline Basic Motion Study

Hey,

Been searching the net for about 3 hours trying to figure this out. When I'm trying to use basic motion some of the timeline at the top is half yellow and half red. What does it mean when it is red??

Red means it can be solved. And it can be because some mates or anything similar.
