I don't know if it will work on X64. It's an old application. The author stopped development on it many years ago. SolidWorks 2011 is said to promise a feature lock feature, so you might only have to wait about a year to recover at least some of this functionality.

Nope but you may contact the author and request him if he can fix to suit Win 7, 64 bits and SW2010.
