Reference for insulation aging rate double-per-10C rule?

If anyone has a convenient reference for the Arhenius equation and associated rule that insulation aging rate doubles for approx every 8-10C increase in temp,

can you please post it at: thread250-28296

(sorry for the cross post... I know a lot of the power engineers will have the answer but don't visit the IR forum).
