Good day everyone,

I wanted to avoid posting the same question in different forums but I am not sure if members of this forum are reviewing topics in the forum where the original query was posted.
My query is related to definition of fire zones and fire scenarios.

I would appreciate if you can have a look at and let me know your views and opinions with regards to this subject.

Many thanks in advance.
Best regards

Dejan IVANOVIC

I suggest you retain a fire protection engineer to resolve your issue. I've been in this business for over 25 years and one shortcoming is that the petrochemical industry has never developed a RP on fire flow. I've concluded that the amount of water needed for fire fighting for unit ops is dependent on a well done hazop combined with lots of heated discussions from accountants about the cost of building and maintaining a private fire water delivery system.
