References for developing knowledge on crystallizer design and operation

Hi everyone,

I am starting a new position at a company making bulk antibiotic API primarily through crystallization. I now the basics of crystal chemistry and mass transfer from university; could anyone recommend references that deal specifically with crystallizer design/operation? I am looking through the AIChE website and Googling at the moment.

Thanks for the response! That webpage was already in my Favorites folder; it was a very nice primer to the different styles of crystalizer. If you or others that view this thread know of any books or technical manuals that are frequently referenced, I would appreciate the titles.
