Refinery Waste Water content

Can any body supply us with (any) refinery actual NPDES permit details? The name of the refinery can be kept confidential - if so desired.
We are interested in actual wastewater content (=analysis e.g. Oil, BOD, TSS, Sulfides, BTX etc.).
