Refinery Waste Water content

Can any body supply us with actualWase Water NPDES permits for (any) refinery? The name of the refinery can be kept confidential - if so desired.
We are interested in the actual wastewater content (=analysis e.g. Oil, BOD, TSS, Sulfides, BTX etc.)
