Seems to me that recently there was a thread here that described the method for calculation of the rate of flow for a pressurized gas leaking from a cylinder (e.g., as the result of some sort of accident). A search of the forums by keyword didn't yield pertinent results that I could see. Not wanting to re-invent the wheel, does anyone recall such a thread/know of a handy reference for this situation? Thanks.

Thanks to all for refreshing my memory: I knew I'd seen this general subject here recently but couldn't recall the specifics.
