Refrigerant monitoring in Data Center

Folks, I am designing a data center with DX CRAC units as well as the new Liebert overhead refrigerant XDVs. I want to provide a refrigerant monitoring system in the room with self contained breathing apparatus at the entrance doors.

Does anyone know a good rule to size an exhaust system in case there is a refrigerant leak?
Is ASHRAE 15 the code to follow in this case?
