My company builds systems that run on R404A and R410A. These refrigerants are being phased out in many parts of the world right now. We are in the search for a compatible, efficient alternative for our systems.

Is there a one stop solution or a guide to see which refrigerant is an acceptable replacement across different parts of the globe?

The new refrigerants work under different (often higher) pressures. Other properties, like lubrication compatibility also are different. So you need to design the new system for the new refrigerant.

As others say, there is no direct "like for like" replacement to existing soon to be banned refrigerants, so you will need to redesign your equipments based on the new refrigerants

Some more information for your reference.
