Reg.Dimensioning in drafting 1

Hi friends,
Got an issue here.When i try to dimension a sheetmetal part,i get double the dimension value with only one dimension line.I have no clue to it.Can anyone pls share your insights?Thanks.

Is it maybe a circular surface? So it is showing a diameter?
