Regarding Detail view update

Dear all,

We are using NX7.5 and I've the following question in drafting,

I've created the drawing with one base view(inside that one breakout section view) and a detailed view(place where the breakout section is). My issue is when I'm updating breakout section in the base view due to some math change, the detailed view is not getting updated in place where the breakout section is. Please let me know any command I have to look for like dependent or Independent while creating view or any suggestion?
