Regarding Saturation on Hydraulic Cell Consolidation Test

So I'm planning to do a saturation on a samples using hydraulic consolidation test (rowe cell) and I'm following the procedures from BS 1377 Part 6 1990, which actually kind of confusing me. They also have this form to be filled when we're doing the saturation test.

If any of you happen to know about this, I want to ask what's the meaning of pressure on specimen on this form? As far as I know, we only use three pressure, which are diaphragm pressure, back pressure, and pore pressure. (Picture of the form is attached below)
